    Isn’t this just ChatGPT with extra steps?

    It knows your store. ChatGPT doesn’t know how your store talks or who buys from you, so it writes for everyone. CopyMeld brings your Brand Voice Guidelines and Customer Personas to every description, so you never re-explain your brand in a prompt.

    It runs on a better model. We ran blind tests, comparing descriptions without knowing which model wrote them, and GPT kept losing. So CopyMeld doesn’t use it to write your copy. A lot of AI writing apps run on the cheapest model they can find. We pay more for one that writes noticeably better copy.

    It writes to best practice. A lot of research went into how it writes, following Shopify’s own guidance on product descriptions and the habits of stores that do it well. No prompt engineering required.

    It handles the busywork. A chat window leaves you copying and pasting into Shopify one product at a time.     Will it overwrite my live descriptions?

    No. Everything it writes is a draft. You read it, tweak it in plain English or edit it yourself, and it only changes Shopify when you choose Apply.

    What does it get access to?

    Your products. That’s the only access it asks Shopify for.

    I have 400 products. Do I click 400 times?

    No. Draft one collection or the whole store in the background, then review and apply the drafts in bulk.

    Most stores don’t. Guided questions walk you through how you want to sound and who you sell to. It takes a few minutes, and you only do it once.
